Work on a Business Plan that will outline your idea and give a clear roadmap of the business over the next 12 months

Marketing Plan
Work on a Marketing Plan that will outline the way the business will attract customers over the next 12 months.  This will include the use of digital marketing and social media.

Financial Plan
Work on a Financial Plan that will define the budget over the next 12 months for running the business.  The plan will include budgets for the year and the expected breakeven point.

Website
A basic website will be built that will include a Home, About Us, and a Contact page. It will also include a link to the social media accounts.  There will be up to 2 reviews of the design before publication.

Launch Plan
A launch plan of the business will be prepared.
