Business Plan
The business will be registered on your behalf and a bank account will be opened (subject to your approval)
Work on a substantial Business Plan that will outline your idea and give a clear roadmap of the business over the next 3 years.  The plan will be able to be used for submission to an investor. Key Performance Indicators, along with an Actions Plan for each KPI, will be developed to show the progress of the business.

Marketing Plan
Work on a Marketing Plan that will outline the way the business will attract customers over the next 3 years.  This will include the use of digital marketing, social media, and traditional media.  The plan will be able to be used for submission to an investor. A pitch deck will be built that can be used to present to an investor.

Financial Plan
Work on a Financial Plan that will define the budget over the next 3 years for running the business.  The plan will include budgets for the year and the expected breakeven point. The plan will include month by month sales projections along with the ability to show budget vs. actual.

Website
A comprehensive website will be built that will include a Home, About Us, Products (or Services) and a Contact page. The Products or Services page will have up to 500 items.  The website will include a payments gateway.  It will also include a link to the social media accounts. There will be up to 4 reviews of the design before publication.

Launch Plan
A detailed Launch Plan will be prepared.  This will include a timeline of the activities and the tasks that need to be completed.  A critical path will be identified, and any single points of failure will be assessed.  We will work with you for the duration of the launch.
